Why Structure & Flow?
Through my work I have learned that being successful needs a balance between opposite states.
Structure: Without planing, processes, budgets, and rules any effort lacks the structure needed to be stable.
Flow: But without creativity, imagination, and spontaneity any work is dull, unproductive and will soon stop.
The square is the ultimate sign of structure. It is straight, has equal sides, and right angles. It is fully symmetric and stable. All squares are alike.
My symbol for flow is the Japanese Enzō. Executed with the single stroke of a brush it embodies motion, spontaneity, and action. No two Enzō are the same.

Together the square and the Enzō visualize the balance between Structure & Flow which any project needs to be successful. As a consultant my role is supporting you to find just the right balance between Structure & Flow you need.
